Clergyman at Texas church concerned that border fence could turn away the faithful

The Border Patrol is surveying a fence on land near La Lomita Church, a one-room chapel rising above the banks of the Rio Grande. Father Roy Snipes fears a fence could block access to the church for some of the faithful.
