Comedian and actor Micah “Katt” Williams has been warned by a Sacramento judge not to miss any more court appearances related to felony reckless evasion charges pending against him after he missed two previous hearings.
Williams appeared Wednesday afternoon at a scheduled court hearing in Sacramento Superior Court, KTXL-TV in Sacramento reported.
That’s when the judge told Williams he couldn’t miss any more appearances. Williams claimed he missed the first two to attend court in a custody dispute.
In the courtroom hallway, Williams accused KTXL reporter Ben Deci of being a stalker.
Williams failed to show up for court dates on Jan. 7 and Jan. 29. He is charged with felony reckless evasion stemming from a November incident in downtown Sacramento.
Before he appeared Wednesday, a Sacramento County judge put out a warrant for Williams’ arrest.
