Sitcom star Joely Fisher of ‘ ‘Til Death’ sold her four-bedroom, seven-bathroom contemporary in Encino for $2.4 million after it had been on and off the market since mid-2007. In Fisher’s former 91436 ZIP Code (Encino has two ZIPs), 169 existing single-family homes sold last year at a median price of $940,000, according to MDA DataQuick, a 14.5% drop from 2008. That’s on top of a 23.7% drop from 2007 to 2008. That pretty much explains why the actress sold for nearly 29% less than her purchase price.
