Hole No. 10 (Camellia)
495 yards, par 4
Tiger Woods parred. A wonderfully placed drive at the bottom of the hill was undone when Woods’ right foot slipped as he hit his approach shot. The result was a heavy shot that pulled to the left front of the green. Even so, the long birdie try came to a stop just off the cup’s right edge.
Today: Even-par.
Tournament: 4-under.
Standing: Tied for eighth, two shots behind co-leaders Fred Couples (6-under through 12), Ian Poulter (6-under through 10) and Ricky Barnes (6-under through 9).
Today’s stats: 5 of 8 fairways / 6 of 10 greens / 16 total putts.
