This will be a night many San Dimas players, fans, coaches, teachers, parents, custodians, bus drivers, cafeteria workers, etc., will never forget.
Running back Nico Barbone probably summed it up best: ‘That’s something you will always remember. Being on the field and having everyone come out. Beating your rival. I’ll remember that forever.’
It’s what high school football is all about. There were no scouts, no national TV cameras, but there was a plenty of school spirit and a terrific atmosphere.
