Football: Jeff Steinberg could be next Corona Santiago coach

There have been lots of rumors about the Corona Santiago coaching position in football, and the latest involves Jeff Steinberg moving from Fontana Miller to Santiago.

No announcement has been made, but Steinberg would be a great hire. He’s a passing guru, and the player who should be doing cartwheels if it happens is Santiago quarterback Brandon Connette, who would benefit greatly by Steinberg’s arrival. Steinberg built Ridgecrest Burroughs into a passing powerhouse before taking over at Miller.
