Loyola’s Jared Baker scored his fourth touchdown of the night against Valencia, a 56-yard dash with 3:28 left in the fourth quarter, to give his team a 39-24 lead.

That lead held up too in this shocking upset between the Cubs (3-3) and Valencia (4-1), The Times’ No. 13 ranked team in the Southland.
