Rosenberg to Lead Unit of Exchangors

Howard A. Rosenberg of Lingo/Grubb & Ellis, Dana Point, has been elected president of the South Orange Coast Exchangors, a member group of the National Council of Exchangors.
Other newly elected officers are Keri McCarty, Laguna Beach, vice president; Sherrie Sabre, Dana Point, secretary, and Debbie Ferrari, San Clemente, treasurer.
Rosenberg also is a director of the national council and edits and publishes the NCE Newsletter and Marketplace magazine.
