Unbeaten Muir Girls Face Bishop Montgomery

The Pasadena Muir High School girls’ basketball team, ranked No. 1 in the nation, will play host to Torrance Bishop Montgomery tonight at 7:30 in the first round of the Southern Section 4-A playoffs.
Muir, a loser in the 4-A final each of the last two years, has a 25-0 record. Bishop Montgomery is 4-16.
The Muir-Bishop Montgomery game is one of 80 today as every division, from 4-A to the Small Schools, begins playoff competition.
