Rogers Ties for 1st in All-Around

Cal State Fullerton senior Taunia Rogers tied for first place in the all-around competition with a score of 36.90 Friday night to lead the Titan women’s gymnastic team to a 183.9-177.25 win over Stanford at Fullerton.
Rogers had a high score of 9.8 on the vault, while teammate Tami Elliott had a 9.4 on her floor-exercise routine. Roni Barrios, with a score of 36.85, was third in the all-around competition to help the Titans improve to 6-1.
Fullerton’s next meet is Friday at Oregon State.
