College Softball : Fullerton Beats Chapman and Fresno State

The Cal State Fullerton women’s softball team won two games Friday night, defeating Chapman 2-1 in the first game and coming back to beat Fresno State in the second, 1-0.
Connie Clark won both games, striking out seven in four innings in the first game and 11 in the second game while going seven innings for the win.
The Titans are 2-0.
Rancho Santiago 4, El Camino 0--Kim Martin and Chris Makimota combined to pitch a two-hitter for the Dons (4-0). Lee Bladow went 3 for 4 with a run batted in to lead Rancho Santiago. The shutout was the third of the season for the Dons, who have allowed only one earned run in four games.
Saddleback 2, Riverside City College 0--Toni Cukrov scattered five hits and had five strikeouts to lead the Gauchos (1-0) to a season-opening win at Riverside. Shanie Lockhart singled home one run in the sixth inning for Saddleback and Cindy Riviere knocked in another run in the second.
