Three Colombian men were arrested in the wake of the machine-gun killing of a drug informant, Adler (Barry) Seal, 45, in Baton Rouge, La., bringing the number of reported arrests to six. An FBI spokesman, Cliff Anderson, identified the three as Bernardo Antonio Vasquez, 32; John Jairo Cardona-Garcia, 22, and Luis Carlos Quintero-Cruz, 33. Vasquez was charged with obstructing justice and the others were detained as illegal aliens pending further investigation.
