The Election in the Philippines
The media have completely forgotten that at least some of the voters for Marcos voted that way because they really prefer him as their leader. Not all votes for Marcos were illegal.
Have the media noticed that the people who insist that the United States of America get involved in the Philippines election and in South Africa, are the same people who insist that we do not get involved in Nicaragua and Angola?
It should be noticed that there is a connection between the politics of the people requesting the United States of America to “get in” or “get out” of the affairs of a country, and the politics of the government in power in that country.
