First Apartments in Agoura Hills Near Completion

Oakridge, the first multifamily rental project to be built in Agoura Hills, is nearing completion and model apartments are expected to open in March in the 178-unit complex at 30856 Agoura Road.
Three floor plans will be offered; one-bedroom apartments will average 786 square feet and two-bedroom units with 1,070 square feet. Amenities will include recreation building, tennis courts, swimming pool, laundry facilities.
