Work Completed on Scripps Ranch Office Structure

The new Scripps Tech Plaza, a $1.5-million, two-story building in Scripps Ranch, has been completed by the Hannah-Gillard Co. for the Karwin Co.
The project, designed by the Austin Hansen Fehlman Group, includes 64,000 square feet of office and research development space. Landscape architect is Ralph Stone and Coldwell Banker is the leasing agent.
