Girl, 4, Who Was Hit by Car Last Week Dies

A 4-year-old Stanton girl who was struck by a car last week died at UCI Medical Center, authorities said Tuesday.
Jennifer Ann Palmer, who had been on life support equipment, died about 7 p.m. Monday, according to the Orange County coroner’s office. She had run out in the street Friday afternoon near Lampson Avenue and Monroe Street, a residential area of Garden Grove, and was hit by a car, Police Sgt. Dale Farley said. He said the driver was not cited.
