Chevron Completes El Segundo Building

A multi-function tilt-up structure has been completed at 2130 Mariposa Ave., El Segundo, sited on 125,000 square feet of land. The project was developed by Chevron Land & Development Co. in joint venture with Oltmans Construction Co.
According to the Goodglick Co., the exclusive leasing agent, the structure could be expanded to nearly 90,000 square feet by completion of a second floor and the addition of a one-level parking deck.
