Is the fact that an entity did not exist at the time a capital crime was committed justification for the crime? Does the fact that a nation says that “Never Again” will 6 million of its religious adherents be slaughtered an indication that it cannot conduct fair trials? Is the purpose of the trial “vengeance” or is it justice?
