Deane Homes on the River in Norco, a 101-unit development of single-family homes along the Santa Ana River, opens today with 76 homes. Fifty-one have already been sold.
Priced from $124,990 to $159,990, the houses are available in one- and two-story, three-to-five-bedroom, two- and three-bath floor plans ranging in size from 1,780 to 3,344 square feet.
Among the features are wood-burning fireplaces, air conditioning, breakfast nooks or bars, pantries, hand-finished wood cabinetry and ceramic-tile counters.
A joint venture of Deane Homes and Glenfed Development, the project is scheduled for first move-ins in the summer.
The sales office and three furnished models are open daily, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., at 2220 Vista Ridge Circle, reached from the Main Street exit of the Riverside (91) Freeway.
