462 Commercial, Residential Properties Will Be Auctioned

In what is billed as the nation’s largest real estate auction, Kennedy-Wilson Inc. will put to the gavel 462 commercial and residential properties in California, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, and Hawaii at two one-day auction.
On April 12, in Concord, Calif., 174 residential properties will be auctioned. The following day at the Disneyland hotel in Anaheim, the remaining 252 residential properties and 36 commercial properties will go on the block. Minimum bids for the residential properties range from $4,000 to $1.9 million, and for the commercial properties, from $30,000 to $3.9 million.
Commercial properties include 13 former Bank of America sites, 3 commercial buildings, 11 commercial lots, a shopping center, a bed- and-breakfast inn, 6 residential subdivisions and an industrial park.
All properties are available for inspection. The information office is at 1807 Wilshire Blvd., Plaza level, Building B, Santa Monica.
