A judge in Frankfort, Ind., said he needed more time to consider the evidence and promised to rule today on whether 14-year-old AIDS victim Ryan White can go back to his classroom. David Rosselot, representing a group of parents trying to keep Ryan out of school because they fear he poses a threat to other students, asked Judge Jack O’Neill to maintain a February order temporarily barring Ryan from the classroom.
