7 From Sunset League on Girls’ Team

The Sunset League will be well represented in the girls’ Orange County All-Star game at Orange Coast College June 21.
Seven of the 13 South all-stars are from Sunset League schools--Kerri Clower and Dawn Lawler of league champion Fountain Valley, Dana Douty, who holds the Southern Section’s record for career assist, and Trina Vlachos of Ocean View, Kristen Wilson and Kris Herman of Edison and Jeannine Bataglia of Westminster.
Others selected were Chris McFerson and Stephanie Fleischaker of 3-A finalist Foothill, Michelle Willard of Corona del Mar, Jennifer Uecke of El Toro, Debbi Drake of Mission Viejo and Bridgid Moynihan of El Toro.
