Filling Armor’s School Board Seat
The Los Angeles school board should act promptly in filling the seat left vacant by David Armor’s resignation.
A fair and equitable solution would be for the board to appoint Elizabeth Ginsburg for the rest of Armor’s term. Ms. Ginsburg forced Armor into a runoff election, receiving 47% of the vote.
There would be no need for a costly special election and the West Valley would be well served by the person who finished a close second in the last election.
