Pitcher Vida Blue has been put on the San Francisco Giants’ disabled list, just eight days after getting his 200th major league victory. Blue has a partial tear of his right hamstring. Juan Berenguer, who began the season on the disabled list, will take Blue’s spot on the roster and start against the Pittsburgh Pirates Wednesday. The team also announced that left-handed pitcher Atlee Hammaker, who was on the 15-day disabled list, has been switched to the 60-day disabled list and will undergo shoulder surgery Wednesday.
