Cresta Verde Hills Homes Open in Corona

Cresta Verde Hills, a development of 166 single-family homes adjacent to the Cresta Verde Golf Course in Corona, opens today with 25 one- and two-story residences in the first phase.
Priced from $116,990 to $141,990, the homes are available with conventional, VA and FHA financing. Citation Homes is the builder.
Features include three or four bedrooms, up to three baths, a wood-burning fireplace and vaulted ceilings in 1,251 to 1,820 square feet of space. Exteriors were designed by architect Frank Gonzales to have a Cape Cod look.
Four models, furnished by Color Design Art of Santa Monica, and a sales office will be open daily, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., at 1319 Cresta Road, reached from the the N. Main Street exit of the Riverside (91) Freeway. First move-ins are scheduled in August.
