Lewis Is Promoted at Frostburg State

FROSTBURG, Md. — Officials of Frostburg State College have named Oscar Lewis, a former assistant coach, as its new men’s basketball coach.
Lewis, 34, takes over the job held by Kenneth Kutler for the past two years. Kutler is becoming chairman of the physical education department and athletics director at Hartwick College in Oneonta, N.Y.
A graduate of Frostburg State, Lewis was an assistant basketball coach for seven years, and has been building coordinator at the Physical Education Center.
