The architectural design for a new, $16.5-million office and retail complex at Canon Drive and Dayton Way has received the unanimous approval from the Beverly Hills Architectural Review Committee.
Demolition of the existing parking structure has started and construction will begin in the fall. Designed by the Los Angeles office of Gensler & Associates, Architects, the 92,000-square-foot French Mediterranean-style project is being developed by Daymann Joint Ventures.
The complex will feature two stories of office space atop a central courtyard, with shops and restaurants located at street level.
