Dr. Bronow complains that HMOs are infiltrating the medical system. Well, I say it’s about time somebody challenged the almighty medical profession.
May I hasten to remind Dr. Bronow that in true laissez-faire fashion, HMOs could not go where they are not invited. And the medical profession has invited them--for years it has gone unchallenged and now that the need is being filled, the medical profession is crying foul.
