Woman Who Scaled Fence at White House Arrested

WASHINGTON — The Secret Service arrested a homeless woman Thursday as she scaled the northeast fence of the White House with a makeshift ladder. Rosita Bourbon, 33, was charged with unlawful entry, Secret Service spokesman Bill Corbett said.
