Tony Van Zant, a University of Missouri freshman running back injured last month in a high school all-star game, will undergo additional, extensive knee surgery today. Van Zant, who was chosen America’s high school player of the year by Parade magazine, was hurt July 26 in the Missouri Lions East-West Shrine all-star game at Jefferson City, Mo.
