Westwood One agreed to purchase a trade journal.

Los Angeles-based Westwood One and Harte-Hanks Communications of San Antonio have reached an agreement for Westwood One to acquire Radio & Records Inc., also of Los Angeles, which publishes the weekly trade journal Radio & Records. Terms were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in early January, a Harte-Hanks spokesman said. The sale is part of a restructuring announced by Harte-Hanks in November.
