Thirty-six of Los Angeles-based Pioneer Take Out Chicken’s 200 franchised restaurant owners filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court contending that Pioneer was delinquent in paying bills, failed to provide training and support, and had ineffective advertising campaigns. A Pioneer attorney denied the allegations.
