Missile Campers Could Serve Homeless

The Administration has proposed placing nuclear missiles on trains that circulate throughout the national rail system. This proposal is intended to deter a Russian attack and prevent detection of the constantly traveling weapons.

We are also continually being made aware of the plight of the homeless. Anyone traveling the streets of downtown Los Angeles is painfully aware of this situation.

The Administration has the opportunity to alleviate the problem of the homeless while maintaining a strong defense posture vis-a-vis the Russians at no additional cost. I propose that, rather than installing nuclear missiles on railroad flatbeds, the missiles should be installed on campers, which are then assigned to the homeless, who then will drive these vehicles throughout the nation. I do not believe that the Russians have the capability to distinguish between missile-campers and camper-campers. In the meantime, a social benefit will be bestowed on those who find themselves without a roof over their heads.
