A judge has ruled against the mistress of Darryl F. Zanuck, the late film producer, in a contest over her claim to his estate. Riverside County Superior Court Judge Frank Moore ruled last week that Genevieve Gillaizeau legally cannot object to the estate settlement. The decision capped a 14-year caseload of litigation regarding Zanuck’s will, one version of which gave Gillaizeau 40% of the late mogul’s estate, a portion valued at $3.4 million.
