Personality changes are coming to KABC-TV Channel 7’s “AM Los Angeles.” Tom Snyder will replace Steve Edwards on April 6, and Edwards, whose contract expires soon, will not be asked to stay on, sources said Monday. Snyder is said to be unhappy because his new assignment will last only three months--until KABC adds Regis Philbin’s soon-to-be syndicated “The Morning Show” from WABC-TV in New York.
