Boarding Fees Rise in R.H. Estates

The Rolling Hills Estates City Council agreed to pay BFI Corp. about $26,400 a year to haul manure from the city stables on Crenshaw Boulevard. In the same action, the council authorized a $30 increase in boarding fees to cover the new refuse expense.
New boarding charges of $245 a month for stalls and $195 a month for corrals will take effect July 1.
