Senate Appoints Breaux to Democratic Committee

WASHINGTON — Sen. John B. Breaux (D-La.) was named Thursday as the Senate’s representative on the Democratic National Committee and the DNC Executive Committee. Senate and House leaders are automatically committee members and each chamber appoints another representative.
