National Park Service officials said they will reopen California 120, Tioga Pass Road, on Saturday. Service spokeswoman Lisa Dapprich said the light snow last winter and the warming weather the past few weeks enabled work crews to clear the road, linking Yosemite National Park with U.S. 395 in the eastern Sierra, earlier than usual this year. Usually, it takes until the end of May for crews to clear the snow and repair winter damage.
