William Bryan Cruse Jr., the accused gunman in the shopping center massacre last month at Palm Bay, Fla., was indicted on six counts of first-degree murder and 28 counts of attempted first-degree murder. A grand jury, after two days of testimony, also indicted Cruse on two counts of kidnaping for allegedly holding hostages in a supermarket where he was captured after a bloody eight-hour rampage.
