Affirming Wins Feature Race by Eight Lengths

Affirming, ridden by Gary Stevens, led the entire way and pulled away in the stretch to win by eight lengths in the $30,000 feature race for older fillies and mares Thursday at Hollywood Park.

Annapurna, the 6-5 favorite ridden by Rafael Meza, was second, four lengths in front of Princess Cariole, ridden by Eddie Delahoussaye, in a field of five distaffers 3 years old and up.
