Orange County Group Elects

David C. Dretzka, director of marketing at PRC Engineering, has been elected president of the Business Development Assn. of Orange County, succeeding Ted Knorr, a principal with Catalyst Marketing, Santa Ana.
Other new officers are Thomas E. Smith Jr., a principal with Michael Brandman Associates, Costa Mesa, vice president; Barbara Ardinger, a free-lance writer and speaker based in Garden Grove, secretary, and Sally J. Schmitt, director of business development with Fuscoe Williams Lindren & Short, Santa Ana, treasurer.
Dennis O’Connor, a senior manager with CRSS Construction (a division of CRS Sirrine, Los Angeles) and Carol Campbell, director of business development with Klages Carter Vail & Partners, Costa Mesa, are directors-at-large.
