5 Wounded in Ambush in Southern Lebanon

SIDON, Lebanon — The Israeli-backed South Lebanon Army militia said Sunday that five militiamen were wounded in a guerrilla ambush in Israel’s self-declared security zone.
The men were hit when their patrol was attacked Saturday night near the middle of the six-mile wide zone set up by Israel in 1985 to block raids on its northern region.
