Mike Ornstein, marketing-promotions director of the Raiders, has pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery for allegedly punching team senior administrator John Herrera, according to Karen Block, Ventura County deputy district attorney. Ornstein was placed on three years’ probation and ordered to pay a $200 fine plus penalties.
He was charged with one count of misdemeanor battery after he allegedly hit Herrera during an argument at the team’s training camp in Oxnard last August.
