Escaped Murderers Sought

JACKSON, Mich. — Three convicts serving life sentences for murder escaped from a state prison through air-conditioning ducts in an administration building, prison officials said.
It was not known how the three got from their cells to the administration building to break out Saturday night, an official at the State Prison of Southern Michigan said.
