EXTENSION OK’D FOR FILM FETE

The entry deadline for submissions to the third annual Women in Film Festival has been extended to Aug. 1. The official film festival of the Hollywood Centennial, the third annual Women in Film Festival will be held Oct. 16, 17 and 18 at the Universal City Cinemas.

Presented by Women in Film and California First Bank, the festival is accepting entries produced, directed or written by women in the following categories: motion pictures; television programs/series or mini; documentaries; shorts; videos, and animation.

All entries must be in English or subtitled as such and produced between January, 1986, and July, 1987. Motion pictures must not have a theatrical release slated before the time of the festival.
