Los Angeles-based Arco named Anthony G. Fernandes, 42, vice president and controller, succeeding William H. Magee, 49, who was named senior vice president and chief financial officer of Arco Chemical Co. Fernandes previously was vice president-finance, planning and control for Arco Oil & Gas Co., Dallas. Magee, previously vice president and controller of Arco, will move to Philadelphia, where Arco Chemical is headquartered.
