Colleagues Complain Keen’s Too Keen

LONDON — Traffic policeman Kevin Keen has been living up to his name, and his eagerness is upsetting his colleagues.
He has booked five fellow officers for traffic offenses, and one colleague said, “It has reached the stage where no one wants to go on duty with him, so he often drives his patrol car alone.”
The zealous officer has been transferred from the northern English town of Rotherham, where he booked three policemen, to Barnsley, 10 miles away, where he has nabbed another two.
Said Keen: “No one has said anything to me about it. Some people may feel badly, but that is up to them.”
