After a lengthy and very public feud, CBS and the A.C. Nielsen Co. will be doing business after all. CBS joined NBC in signing with Nielsen, the company that measures who watches what on TV so networks can set commercial advertising rates. ABC has yet to re-sign with the company. All three networks routinely renewed their agreements with Nielsen until last year, when Nielsen decided to change its method of measuring audiences from diaries to the controversial people meters.
