The women’s mile run was cut off on the CBS-TV showing of the New York Mile (Sept. 26), the men’s mile was shown complete. The Ohio State-Louisiana State football telecast ran 13 minutes over the 3 p.m. listing for the N.Y. Mile. Do the white men who own CBS prefer fat pigs to women athletes?
