Coroner Identifies Electrocuted Worker : Local News in Brief

A tree trimmer who was electrocuted when he touched a 5,000-volt power line has been identified as Pedro Sandoval, 42, of Canoga Park, the coroner’s office said Friday. Sandoval had scaled a palm tree and was killed about 2:30 p.m. Thursday when he tried to remove a palm frond from a power line at 12334 W. Emelita St., North Hollywood.
